Refund policy
Sale items are noted with a “Sale” Icon and are applicable for exchange or store credit only, they are not eligible for refund. Clearance items are noted with a “Clearance” Icon and are not returnable or exchangeable. All orders placed through any 3rd party deal/voucher sites are final sale.
All orders that qualify for free shipping which have been returned will have the shipping amount deducted should the amount of the return reduce the order total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping. You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt and are subject to approval by an intouchclothing.com agent. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. Please follow these simple steps:

2. Please note the reason for your return for your return All details provided will assist us in providing you and future customers with the best products and experience.
3. Package your clothing in the original box if possible and send to our warehouse location at:

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to return or exchange items to Intouch Clothing.com. We understand that special circumstances for this policy may apply due to damaged items or shipping errors. Please be advised that any receipts for return shipping will be submitted to the Sales Manager but not all requests will be granted per our policy. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
How to Make an Exchange: You may exchange unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 60 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only valid for an item of equal price and subject to availability. You may also select an in house credit in the form of an electronic Intouchclothing.com Gift Card for the value of the returned item, should the items that you would like to exchange for be a different cost than the item being returned. Please follow these simple steps:

2.Include a copy of your order, To print your order, go to "account" .
3. Indicate the reason for return, the style number, description, color and size you would like to exchange for. If you would like an electronic PitbullClothing.com Gift Card, simply note “GIFT CARD”.
4.Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.
