Shipping 

Orders ship within 3 business days via USPS and are generally delivered within 7 business days. We also offer the option of Expedited Shipping which is delivered within 1-3 business days. For your convenience a notification will be emailed to you with your tracking number at the time of shipping. Orders placed using a 3rd party voucher or deal site are subject to its individual shipping procedures. Please refer to the product page for details. 

Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to return or exchange items.

Sale items are noted with a “Sale” Icon and are applicable for exchange or store credit only. They are not eligible for refund. Clearance items are noted with a “Clearance” Icon and are not returnable or exchangeable. All orders placed through any 3rd party deal/voucher sites are final sale.

All orders that qualify for free shipping which have been returned will have the shipping amount deducted should the amount of the return reduce the order total to less than the amount to qualify for free shipping. Items that ship free regardless of dollar amount will have a shipping fee deducted upon return.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns are subject to approval from an InTouch Clothing return representative. Products must be in new condition with no marks or stains. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Return unworn/unwashed items via any shipping service you prefer. We recommend getting return tracking and insurance.

2. Please note the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or store credit for exchange.

3. Package your clothing in the original box if possible. Send to our warehouse location at:
